Frequently Asked Questions

We specialize in large-diameter drilled shafts (caissons) used for deep foundation systems. Our team commonly performs caisson drilling for pad and pier foundations, raw land construction projects, and foundation modifications for commercial and structural applications.

We install drilled shafts ranging from 2 feet to 10 feet in diameter and can drill up to 120 feet deep, depending on the project requirements and soil conditions.

Caisson drilling is commonly used for deep foundation systems, including commercial buildings, bridges, towers, retaining structures, and projects where stable load-bearing support is required in challenging soil conditions.

For large-diameter shafts, we utilize the tremie method. This allows us to pour concrete from the bottom up, displacing any water or drilling fluid and ensuring a monolithic, uncontaminated shaft.

Yes. We provide site clearing and grading services to properly prepare land for construction and deep foundation work. This includes removing vegetation, leveling the site, and creating stable conditions so drilling and foundation installation can be completed safely and efficiently.
